I had an early flight and was glad our driver was waiting for us. Once at the hotel, the room was spacious with a nice view. The staff was helpful when I needed to check in early. I found the swimming pool to be simple but relaxing, and I appreciated the clean beach.

The pools were excellent, and we loved lounging by the beach with a fantastic ocean view. The room wasn't huge, but it was comfortable enough for our family of four.

It was just an appropriate option for a weekend pause in Tumon, great for the money. The shower had a rare built-in bidet, which was a nice surprise. Keep an eye on your belongings at the beach to avoid losing anything.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Tumon and loved the friendly staff and fantastic ocean view from my room. The location near the beach offered a perfect escape, though the restaurant options could definitely improve for variety. A great experience.

The renovations were impressive, making everything feel fresh and modern. The staff were friendly and quick to accommodate our needs, especially when we had an issue with breakfast. The children loved the kiddie pool, and our family enjoyed the beach every day.

Had an awesome group trip! We enjoyed fun activities like pool volleyball and a sailing adventure. The location is perfect for reaching diving spots and great food nearby. The beach was beautiful, and the staff was super friendly.

Location incredible. Stunning views of Tumon Bay from the room. Easy access to the beach, which is a definite plus. The breakfast had decent variety, but the quality didn't blow me away. The room condition generally good, but I encountered a small cockroach which was unsettling. The service needs major improvement. I asked for forks to be delivered and waited 20 minutes, only to find out they refused delivery because I didn’t order room service. The check-in process felt rushed, and the staff didn't seem genuinely friendly. Value for the ocean view room is questionable since it felt more like a roof top view instead. Overall, could be better considering the reputation.
